The firm was established in 1972 by (Late) Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan Senior Advocate. He with his wide experience in law, both in litigation and otherwise established this consultancy into a corporate and litigating institution. Though, purposely, it was kept into a small office, but this institution has trained numerous lawyers. The training continues till date under the guidance of Mr. Anwar Mansoor Khan, Senior Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan. Mr. Anwar Mansoor Khan, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of Pakistan (along with the late Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan) was a part of the team drafting the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 and the Companies Ordinance, 1984. Mr. Anwar Mansoor Khan (along with the late Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan) was involved in the initial research of conversion of the conventional banking
Government of Pakistan, on the practices of Islamic Banking System in other Islamic countries. Mr. Anwar Mansoor Khan was also in the Committee for drafting the legal documents to be used by the Banks under the Islamic System of Banking. The firm has been the legal advisor to National Shipping Corporation (now Pakistan National Shipping Corporation), Pan Islamic Shipping Corporation. The firm has great experience in Corporate Laws, Constitution matters, Banking and other mercantile laws including Shipping and Admiralty matters. The firm has vast experience in Insurance matters.
