2.01 We have considerable experience in respect of Life, General & Marine Insurance Business.

2.02 We have been the legal adviser to the State Life Insurance Corporation. The legal problems in the entire legal process of take-over/nationalization were successfully undertaken by us. After the birth of the state owned, life insurance company, the then sole corporation/entity carrying on life insurance business in the country, we were appointed as its first legal adviser and had worked with the Corporation for about a decade and half. During this long tenure, we have had exposure to almost every aspect of life insurance business.

2.03 We have experience and understanding/cognition/ insight/grasp over General & Marine Insurance Business and have given opinions and appeared in courts and other appellate forum on the subject, for several other insurance companies beside Adamjee Insurance and Alpha Insurance Company.
