Negotiation and drafting of agreements

9.01 We have been engaged in negotiation of international contracts and have successfully concluded the saving.

9.02 We have been engaged in drawing up construction contracts, town planning in Sindh, Environmental Laws, have dealt with objections by private persons against construction being undertaken by Defence Authority on the Beach Front in court. In addition, we have been expertise on land issued.

9.03 We have drawn numerous agreements of almost all kinds especially in Commercial Transaction, Takeover and Buyouts, Assignment of Trade marks/Patents and designs.

9.04 We have drawn many agency, distributorship and franchising agreements.
