The Firm was established in 1972 by Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan Senior Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan, has been professionally managed and has progressed to be one of the leading law firms of Pakistan.

The firm was established by (Late) Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan Senior Advocate, in 1972. He with his wide experience in law, both in litigation and otherwise established this consultancy into a corporate and litigating institution. Though, purposely, it was kept into a small office, but this institution has trained numerous lawyers. The training continues till date under the guidance of Mr. Anwar Mansoor Khan. We have trained lawyers and staff to act professionally. Mr. Anwar Mansoor Khan (along with the late Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan) was a part of the team drafting the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 and the Companies Ordinance, 1984. Mr. Anwar Mansoor Khan (along with the late Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Khan) was involved in the initial research of conversion of the conventional banking system to the Islamic mode of banking and submitted a detailed report, to the Government of Pakistan, on the practices of Islamic Banking System in other Islamic countries. The firm has been the legal advisor to National Shipping Corporation (now Pakistan National Shipping Corporation), Pan Islamic Shipping Corporation. The firm has great experience in Corporate Laws, Constitution matters, Banking and other mercantile laws including Shipping and Admiralty matters. The firm has vast experience in Insurance matters.
